A few weeks back, actress Luviena Lodh had shared a video making some serious allegations on filmmaker Mahesh Bhatt and family and accused them of harassing her. In her video, Luviena had also claimed that her husband Sumit Sabharwal supplies drugs to actors like Amyra Dastur and Sapna Pabbi and several others.

Reacting on Luveina’s claims, actress Amyra Dastur’s lawyer had released a statement and called those claims to be ‘false, unfounded and malicious’. Amyra had even filed a case against Luviena for ruining her reputation. In the latest development in the case, the Bombay High Court has granted interim relief to Amyra and has asked Luviena to refrain from ‘publishing, circulating, republishing or communicating any defamatory, slanderous, libellous comments and offending videos’ against Amyra.

She concluded her statement by saying, “This is my final response on the questions I have been asked for so many days and I don’t want to indulge in the noise anymore. For the unversed, Luviena in her video message had said, “I have filed a divorce case against my husband (Sumit Sabharwal) as I got to know that he supplies drugs to actors like Amyra Dastur and Sapna Pabbi. He has pictures of several actresses on his phone, which he shows to different directors. Mahesh Bhatt is well aware of everything. He is the ‘biggest don’ in the industry. He operates the entire system in the industry. If you don’t play by their rules, they wreak havoc in your life.”

Well, now that Bombay HC has restrained Luviena from making any further defamatory comments on Amyra, let’s wait and watch what she has to say about the court’s order.
