Kangana Ranaut and Anurag Kashyap are at loggerheads with their war of words on social media. The filmmaker has taken upon himself to call out all the discrepancy in the actress’ claims and allegations on her fellow co-stars and the film industry in general. The director recently hit out at a troll who called him a puppet of ‘Bollywood Gang Mafia’. Hitting back at the troll, Kashyap revealed that he was the one who gave Kangana ‘Queen’ when she was out of work.

Kashyap also revealed that it was he who helped Aanand L Rai find buyers when ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ was stalled.

While Kashyap and Ranvir Shorey were engaged in war of words post Kangana’s recent interview, a Twitter user targeting the ‘Gangs of Wasseypur’ director said, “@anuragkashyap72 is best example and puppet of Bollywood Gang Mafia. Bhai roti chalani hai to chatna jaruri hai(sic).”

Hitting back at the user, Kashyap said none of the big banners has ever backed his films. In fact, he made a new company to produce his films. It was then when he revealed about giving Kangana work when she had none.

“मेरी रोटी Bollywood से नहीं चलती । मेरी फ़िल्म produce करने कोई Dharma, Excel या YRF या कोई studio नहीं आता । खुद नयी company बनानी पड़ती है और खुद बनाता हूँ। कंगना के पास जब कोई काम नहीं था तब Queen बनायीं थी। तनु weds मनु जब अटक गयी थी उसे खतम करने के लिए – cont,” Anurag wrote.

He further added, “I helped Aanand Rai meet financers when ‘Tanu Weds Manu’ was stalled. I speaking the truth and taking names. If you want, you can get it confirmed.”

Interestingly, when Anurag said he doesn’t know the ‘new’ Kangana, the actress’ team hit back by calling him ‘mini Mahesh Bhatt’.
