After Janhvi Kapoor announced her new film Ulajh, big brother Arjun Kapoor quickly reacted to it on Instagram.

Janhvi Kapoor announced her new film Ulajh on Wednesday. The upcoming patriotic thriller also stars Gulshan Devaiah, Roshan Mathew, Rajesh Tailang, Meiyang Chang, Sachin Khedekar, Rajendra Gupta, and Jitendra Joshi. Janhvi is excited to be a part of Ulajh. Who else is excited? Well, it’s Arjun Kapoor. After Janhvi Kapoor made the announcement, Arjun Kapoor shared his excitement for the upcoming project.

Arjun has always been his sister’s biggest supporter. The actor’s latest reaction to his sister’s movie announcement post speaks volumes of their close bond.

Janhvi starrer Ulajh will go on floors by the end of this month. The first look poster featuring Janhvi and the entire cast looks promising.

Ulajh follows the journey of a young IFS officer, belonging to a prominent family of patriots, who gets embroiled in a dangerous personal conspiracy while far from her home turf, at a career-defining post. The upcoming film is written by Parveez Shaikh and Sudhanshu Saria.

Janhvi can’t wait to start working on Ulajh. The actress said in a statement, “When I was approached with the script of ‘Ulajh’, it instantly attracted me because as an actor, I am constantly looking for scripts that make me break out of my comfort zone and portraying a character based in the celebrated world of the Indian Foreign Services was just that. Just as the name of the film suggests, my character and the story, has so many layers, emotions and parameters, which is challenging and exciting at the same time.”

The actress added, “I am thrilled for the audience to see me in this new role envisioned by Sudhanshu, who has such a fresh approach towards dealing with this genre. I am also looking forward to work with such talented co-actors and a development studio like Junglee Pictures for the first time.”

Talking about Arjun Kapoor, he has The Lady Killer with Bhumi Pednekar. Apart from that, he also has an untitled project with Bhumi and Rakul Preet Singh.
