Aryan Khan was granted bail in the cruise ship drugs seizure case on Thursday, October 28. The star kid had made a bail plea in the Bombay High court after his application was rejected by the Special NDPS court. The Bombay High Court granted bail to Aryan Khan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha in the drugs seizure case. However, the star kid will not walk out of jail today, on Thursday. Former Attorney General, Mukul Rohatgi and advocate Satish Maneshinde, Aryan Khan’s counsel said that the star kid will be released when the court pronounces its detailed order. As per reports, the court will pronounce the detailed order tomorrow, on Friday, with reasons.

Taking to Twitter, Live Law shared, “BREAKING : Bombay High Court allows bail to #AryanKhan, Arbaaz Merchant and Munmun Dhamecha. Court will pronounce detailed order with reasons tomorrow. (sic)” Another tweet read, “Though the Court has said that bail has been allowed, the release of #AryanKhan, #MunmunDhamecha and #ArbaazMerchant will only take place tomorrow, since the court will specify the bail conditions in the detailed order to be released tomorrow. (sic)

The report also mentioned that, during the hearing, the court stated that although the bail has been allowed, the release of Aryan Khan, Munmun Dhamecha and Arbaaz Merchant will only take place tomorrow. The report mentioned that the court said it will specify the bail conditions in the detailed order which will be released on Friday, tomorrow. As per the report, the operative order is likely to be dictated in the court on October 29, at 2:30 PM IST.

Aryan Khan was arrested on October 3. The star kid was detained on October 2 after the Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) raided an alleged rave party on a cruise ship off the Mumbai coast. Aryan Khan is currently in Arthur Road Jail. He was remanded to judicial custody till October 30.
