Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2: Kartik Aaryan & Kiara Advani starrer gets a NEW release date, averts clash with RRR

Several movies were postponed due to the COVID pandemic. However, as the regulations are getting relaxed, the filmmakers are now sharing new release dates of the films that were scheduled to hit the big screens in January and February. Having said that, Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani starrer Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 has also got a new release date and it will meet you in May this year. Just recently, we came to know that Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 release date is 20th May 2022, thus averting the clash with SS Rajamouli’s RRR.

The second part was scheduled to release on March 25; however, when the makers of RRR finalized the release date, the makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 postponed the release date, thus avoiding the clash with the highly anticipated film. RRR starring Ram Charan, Jr NTR, Alia Bhatt, Ajay Devgn will release on March 25; an official statement was released yesterday.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 is said to be a sequel to a 2007 film that stars Akshay Kumar, Vidya Balan, Ameesha Patel and Shiney Ahuja. The Priyadarshan film garnered immense love when it was released. However, now Aneez Bazmee is going to direct the sequel with Kartik Aaryan, Kiara Advani, and Tabu. The film has been written by Farhad Samji and Aakash Kaushik.

Earlier, a few glimpses and a motion poster of the film was released on social media that did pique everyone’s interest as Kartik was dressed just as Akshay was in the original film.

Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, produced by Bhushan Kumar, Murad Khetani, and Krishan Kumar under the banner of T-Series and Cine 1 Studios, is scheduled to hit the screens on 20th MAY 2022.
