In 2008, places like Leopold Cafe, Taj Mahal Palace and Chhatrapati Shivaji Terminus were attacked by Lashkar-e-Taiba terrorists. The fight against these terrorists lasted for 3 days, and several men were martyred as a result.

As India marks the 10th anniversary of the attacks, many Bollywood celebrities took to Twitter to pay tribute. Let’s look at some of them.

Varun Dhawan took to the micro-blogging site, and wrote, “Will never forget 26/11. We have only grown stronger #mumbaikar #jaihind”

Arjun Kapoor too took to Twitter, and wrote, “Remembering our heroes of 26/11… Everyone who helped each other through the tough time.. My heart goes out to their courage and sacrifice and for all the innocent victims .. #MumbaiTerrorAttack”

Tiger Shroff retweeted a post by Mumbai Police and added some emoticons to it. “?????,” he wrote.

Abhishek Bachchan had a crisp but hard-hitting tribute, and he wrote, “Never forget! #26/11”

Dia Mirza tweeted, “In memory of all those who lost their lives on this day 10 years ago and all those brave hearts that saved so many lives ???? #MumbaiTerrorAttacks”

Certainly, the terror attacks were extremely tragic and we hope that the country (and the world) has to never see innocent lives getting lost like this.
