Main Vaapas Aaunga Box Office Day 8 (Worldwide): Imtiaz Ali’s Partition Drama Earns Over Rs 26 Cr In Week 1

Imtiaz Ali’s partition drama ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’, starring Diljit Dosanjh, Sharvari, Vedang Raina, and Naseeruddin Shah, has entered its second week at the box office. The film, which received a warm response from audiences upon release, is now facing new competition at the box office. Here’s a look at how the movie has performed so far.

Main Vaapas Aaunga Box Office Collection

The film saw a decline of 13.6% on Day 8, earning Rs 1.90 crore across 1087 shows. With this, the total India net collection of ‘Main Vaapas Aaunga’ has reached Rs 14.15 crore, while the total India gross collection now stands at Rs 16.88 crore. On the overseas front, the movie collected Rs 50 lakh on Day 8, bringing its total overseas gross to Rs 9.25 crore. Combining domestic and international numbers, the worldwide gross collection of the film is now estimated at Rs 26.13 crore.

Day-Wise Breakdown In India

Main Vaapas Aaunga faces stiff competition at the box office. Apart from previous week releases like Bharat Bhhagya Viddhaata, Governor: The Silent Saviour, and Haunted 3D: Echoes of the Past, the Diljit starrer will now have to compete with Homi Adajania’s Cocktail 2 and the Hollywood release Toy Story 5 this weekend.
