After Phantom, Anurag Kashyap opens new production company, Good Bad Films

Anurag Kashyap is one of those filmmakers who have attained the status of stars. So when he opens up a new production firm, it’s bound to be big news. Anurag took to his social media pages to announce the new venture and also informed about his partners in this new direction.

Sharing the company’s name as Good Bad Films, Anurag posted pictures with the caption, “So here it is .. our new company @goodbadfilmsofficial . Introducing the good, the bad and the films of the @goodbadfilms on the Monday of the release of our first production #chokedpaisaboltahai on @netflix_in . @jagasiadhruv in black and white and @akshaythakker . My two pillars of support. Anurag Kashyap is all set to be back with his new film ‘Choked’ which is based on the travails of a middle-class wife after the demonetisation was brought into play. The film is all set to release on Netflix this Friday. It stars Saiyami Kher, Roshan Matthew and many others in pivotal roles. For those who haven’t seen the trailer have a look at it here:

Before this Anurag Kashyap was a part of Phantom Films along with Vikramaditya Motwane, Vikas Bahl and Madhu Mantena. The four of them gave us some of the most stellar films of all times but eventually broke up due to problems in their personal lives. Let’s hope Anurag’s new production venture has a long run and manages to give us some of the most exquisite films in Bollywood just like Phantom Films had done.
