Tanushree Dutta‘s allegations on Nana Patekar for sexual misconduct has given voice to India’s silent #MeToo moment. Until now the #MeToo stories were left unheard by many amongst us. But now, we see a drastic change in the industry, after various women coming up with their stories and speaking in the public.

Cine And TV Artists Association (CINTAA) has now decided to take a strict stand on the allegations made by the industry people. To ease the process  CINTAA has appointed a new jury member on board to deal with the sexual harassment cases and to speak on behalf of the victims.

The ‘Manmarziyaan’ actress, Taapsee Pannu who has always been vocal about the Industry issues, has also given her opinion about the #MeToo movement which gained a momentum in the Industry and as well outside. She has revealed that she has never faced sexual harassment at the workplace or anywhere but says that she is happy that the victims have now come up out with their #MeToo stories and spoke fearlessly.

Various reports now state that Taapsee Pannu is gearing up for her new responsibility as a jury member of CINTAA. She would strive harder to clean the workplaces in Bollywood. She is also vowed to make the place secure for the women by setting certain guidelines.

Reportedly, Taapsee Pannu will also meet the survivors and speak to them to be able to deal with ongoing allegations and is striving hard to bring the change.

On the work front, Taapsee Pannu is currently gearing up her next film ‘Badla’, alongside Big B. The action drama is helmed by Sujoy Gosh and is been produced under the banner of Red Chillies Entertainment in association with Azure Entertainment.
