Swara Bhasker visited students detained at Chembur Police Station following protests over the alleged NEET paper leak. She shared videos from the police station on social media, showing her support for the students and criticising the police action.

Ayesha Khan was preventively detained by the Mumbai Police in Dadar on Wednesday, July 22, 2026, while attempting to join a student solidarity protest. The demonstration was organised by the Cockroach Janata Party (CJP) to demand educational reforms and voice support for NEET aspirants following nationwide examination irregularities.

The protest was scheduled to take place at 4:00 PM near Dadar (Chaityabhoomi). Ayesha Khan, widely known for her appearance in the film Dhurandhar, arrived at the location with her brother and friends to show solidarity with the students.
