Taking to her social media on Saturday, Deepika posted a reel that accurately depicted her current state, showing her waddling to the bathroom in her third trimester. She captioned the post with an upside-down smiley, giving fans a candid update.

Deepika-Ranveer Announce Second Pregnancy

Deepika and Ranveer announced their second pregnancy in April through a heartfelt Instagram post featuring their daughter, Dua, holding up a positive pregnancy test. The announcement was warmly received by fans and celebrities alike. Their first child, daughter Dua, was born in September 2024. Since then, Deepika has been advocating for a better work-life balance in the film industry, emphasising an 8-hour work shift. She has stepped back from several major projects and maintained a low profile publicly.

Despite her pregnancy, Deepika has continued her professional commitments. Recently, she completed an international shoot for Shah Rukh Khan’s upcoming action thriller ‘King’ in Cape Town before returning to Mumbai. She is expected to star alongside Suhana Khan and Abhishek Bachchan in the film, which is scheduled for release on December 24, 2026.

Additionally, she will make a special appearance in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s ‘Love & War’. She will also feature in the pan-Indian Telugu action film ‘Raaka’ (formerly known as AA22xA6), headlined by Allu Arjun.
