Finally, Alia Bhatt has made her MET Gala 2023 debut. Alia Bhatt opted for a stunning white gown and didn’t disappoint us at Met Gala. Keeping the MET Gala 2023 theme (Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty) in mind, Alia Bhatt stunned in a Chanel-inspired bridal ensemble. The Met Gala look of Alia Bhatt has definitely impressed us.

Following Alia’s MET Gala debut, she took to her Instagram to share some photos from the red carpet. The actress looked drop-dead gorgeous! Much to our surprise, Alia Bhatt wore white pearl-embroidered gown at Met Gala which was made up of 1 lakh pearls.

In the caption of her post, Alia Bhatt described her look in detail. The actress wrote, “Met Gala – Karl Lagerfeld: A Line of Beauty) I have always been fascinated by the iconic Chanel brides. Season after season, the genius of Karl Lagerfeld shone through in the most innovative and awe-inspiring couture. My look tonight was inspired from this and in particular by supermodel Claudia Schiffer’s 1992 Chanel bridal look.”

The actress added, “I wanted to do something that felt authentic (hello, pearls!) and proudly made in India. The embroidery, made with a 100,000 pearls is a labour of love by @prabalgurung. I’m so proud to wear you for my first Met. A girl can never have too many pearls… and the right accessories to complement the look in our case translated to the bow of pearls on my hair. Oh, and it’s white, for my Choup-ED.”

Talking about accessories, as revealed by celebrity stylist Anaita Shroff Adajania, Alia wore embellished gloves with mini motifs. The actress completed her look with earrings and numerous rings. From head to toe, Alia looked stunning. Shaheen Bhatt called Alia an ‘angel’ and we totally agree with her.
