Family Of Thakurganj Mid Ticket Review

We’re at the special screening of ‘Family of Thakurganj’. And these are our thoughts after the first half of the movie. The first half of ‘Family of Thakurganj’ tested our patience.

Despite having a few good actors like Mahie Gill, Supriya Pilgaonkar and Jimmy Sheirgill, this film is riddled with pedestrian performances and dreadful dialogues. The background score is one of the worst I’ve ever come across. Too many things are happening at once and it’s hard to tie all the threads.

It seems like the script had gone missing just before the shooting began, and the makers compensated by jotting down something shoddy. We are definitely not looking forward to the second half.

We wonder why actors like Mahie and Jimmy wasted their time doing this film. Anyways stay tuned for the detailed review of this Manoj K. Jha directorial.

‘Family of Thakurganj’ releases in cinema halls this Friday i.e. 19th July. If you do go and watch it, then we applaud your bravery.
