About 120 Bahadur

120 Bahadur depicts the intense battle fought in November 1962 during the Sino-Indian War. It is remembered as one of India’s most heroic last stands in military history. In freezing conditions and against overwhelming odds, the soldiers of Charlie Company of the 13 Kumaon regiment defended the Rezang La pass in Ladakh, holding their ground against a much larger Chinese force and fighting until their last breath.

The film’s portrayal of Major Shaitan Singh, played by Farhan Akhtar, highlights his exceptional bravery. Despite severe injuries, he moved from post to post under heavy fire, inspiring his men to continue fighting and refusing to retreat.
