In Pics: Check out the new character posters of Akshay Kumar’s ‘Gold’

Akshay Kumar’s upcoming sports drama ‘Gold‘ is all set to release on Independence day 2018. Directed by Reema Kagti, the film is inspired by India’s first Olympic gold medal. The plot of the film will trace the golden era of Indian hockey through the journey of Tapan Das, a young assistant manager in 1936.

While the trailer of Kumar’s film was released a few days back, the character posters of ‘Gold’ were yet to be out. And instead of unveiling it one by one, the makers of this sports drama released the posters at one-go today. The lead actor, Akshay Kumar, himself introduced the rest cast of his film on Instagram.

Taking to his social media, the actor posted not one but five character posters from ‘Gold’, which included Mouni Roy, Amit Sadh, Sunny Kaushal, Kunal Kapoor and Vineet Singh.
