Haiwaan: The Countdown Begins! 7 Days Until Priyadarshan’s Thriller Starring Akshay Kumar, Saif Ali Khan Releases

Ever since it was announced, Priyadarshan’s upcoming crime thriller Haiwaan has been in the news. From Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan reuniting on the big screen after 18 years to Akshay and Priyadarshan coming together for the 8th time, this film has been the talk of the town for all the right reasons. And now, there’s just 7 days left until fans get to see the film in theatres.

7 Days Until Priyadarshan’s Haiwaan Releases

Set to release in theatres globally on September 11, Haiwaan tells the story of a blind martial artist and his attempt at protecting a young girl from a dangerous psychopath. The high-stakes cat-and-mouse game will see Akshat and Saif lock horns, in a manner not seen on the silver screen in a long time.

Earlier today, the makers unveiled a new poster of the crime drama and reminded fans that there’s just 7 days left until the crime thriller hit screens.

Ahead of its release, the makers of Haiwaan also paid a heartfelt tribute to veteran actor Asrani by celebrating his remarkable contribution to Indian cinema and his association with the upcoming thriller. The special video offered audiences a glimpse of the actor dropping a fabulous punch line, further adding another layer of anticipation around his presence in the Priyadarshan directorial. Haiwaan is produced by KVN Productions and Thespian Films by Venkat K. Narayana and Shailaja Desai Fenn. The film stars Akshay Kumar and Saif Ali Khan in lead roles. It also features Boman Irani, Saiyami Kher, Shriya Pilgaonkar, and Sharib Hashmi as pivotal characters. The film releases worldwide in cinemas on 11th September 2026.
