Yesterday we had told you that a cheating case has been filed against actor Hrithik Roshan and eight other people in Chennai. As per a report in TOI, R Muralidharan of Sun Enterprises Ltd. stated that he was appointed as a stockist to merchandise products under the brand HRX, which was launched by Hrithik in 2014. He also alleged that the actor and others conspired to dupe him of Rs 21 lakh.

Now, Hrithik Roshan has issued a clarification on the same, “Hrithik Roshan and HRX Brand have no association with the matter in question in news. HRX Brand has been licensed to Global Fragrances for limited purposes. License was terminated by HRX Brand because of defaults by Global. Neither Hrithik Roshan nor HRX Brand are responsible to Muralidharan, the complainant. Neither HRX Brand nor Hrithik Roshan were responsible in engaging Muralidharan, the Complainant, and are not liable for Global Fragrances’ actions.”

Coming to Hrithik’s professional front, he will soon be seen in ‘Super 30’, a film based on the life of mathematician Anand Kumar. Directed by Vikas Bahl, the film will lock horns with Kangana Ranaut’s ‘Manikarnika’ and Emraan Hashmi’s ‘Cheat India’ on 25th January, 2019. The actor has also begun shooting for YRF’s dance film along with Vaani Kapoor and Tiger Shroff.
