Pinkie Roshan Purchases 2 Luxury Apartments

According to property data platform Brickbharat, Pinkie Roshan’s purchase comprises two apartments on the 24th floor of Lotus Celestia, a luxury residential tower in Seven Bungalows. The combined carpet area of the two units is nearly 12,860 sq ft, making it a substantial addition to the Roshan family’s property holdings. The deal averages approximately Rs. 52,330 per sq ft and features eight designated parking spaces, emphasising its exclusivity. The location and size of the apartments firmly place this transaction within Mumbai’s luxury housing segment.
