It’s Saif vs Kangana as ‘Baazaar’ all set to clash with ‘Manikarnika’

Saif Ali Khan’s career has hit a bit of a low. Though the actor is on the receiving end of various critical appraise for all the movies that he is doing lately, one cannot deny the commercial viability of the same, which is not great. Last year, we were treated to the intriguing poster of Saif’s upcoming movie ‘Baazaar’ and we truly liked it.

‘Baazaar’ has a talented cast comprising of not just Saif Ali Khan, but Radhika Apte and Chitrangda Singh, with being a comeback of sorts for the latter actress. The movie also marks the launch of late actor Vinod Mehra’s son, Rohan Mehra.

However, looks like Saif is going to clash with his ‘Rangoon’ co-star Kangana, as latter’s magnum opus ‘Manikarnika: The Queen Of Jhansi’ is also releasing on the same date,

Looks like this April 27 is going to be an interesting one. With vastly different genres, we will have to see which movie wins the heart of the audience. Saif’s last two movies; ‘Rangoon’ and ‘Chef’ were unsuccessful at the box office, and so were Kangana’s, ‘Rangoon’ again and ‘Simran’. Let’s see if the two movies bring some respite to their career. It’s sheer good luck that Rajinikanth’s ‘2.0’ is not releasing on the day, as it was scheduled to be. This is one clash that we would be looking out for.
