Janhvi Kapoor reveals she had a ‘blast’ working with Varun Dhawan in Bawaal

Janhvi Kapoor and Varun Dhawan will be seen together in Bawaal. Janhvi and Varun, who share a great bond with each other, wrapped up shooting for the film in July. While they were shooting for Bawaal, they shared many pictures from the sets and proved they share a great bond off-screen. And now, Janhvi Kapoor has opened up about working with Varun Dhawan.

In an interview with PTI, Janhvi said, “I had a blast with Varun. He is a bundle of energy. And he brought out a side in me which I didn’t know existed.”

The actress also recalled an advice she received from her Bawaal co-star. Janhvi revealed he advised her to take up ‘more commercial and massy films’.

Post wrapping up Bawaal, Janhvi had penned a note for Varun and she thanked him for looking out for her. The actress wrote, “Varun, I can say thank you for always looking out for me and all those generic things that hold true but what I really want to say is that although we disagree and annoy each other more often than not, Nisha will always be on Ajjus team and always root for u… and also find restaurants that have salmon tartare or grilled chicken for u. I can write an essay on everyone in our team who’s made this film so special for me but I think there’s a world limit… but basically I’ll miss you all and thank you for making the last three months feel like magic and now… back to reality! #Bawaal.”

On the other hand, Janhvi starrer Mili recently released in theatres. Earlier today, Arjun Kapoor praised Janhvi’s spine-chilling act in the film. The actor penned a note for her as he lauded her performance in the film. Mili also stars Sunny Kaushal, Manoj Pahwa, and Sanjay Suri. The film is directed by Mathukutty Xavier and produced by Boney Kapoor.

Apart from that, Janhvi also has Mr and Mrs Mahi with RajKummar Rao.
