Jay Shewakramani on teaming up with Om Raut for digital debut: Glad we used this lockdown time constructively to put together a solid script

‘Jawaani Jaaneman’ producer Jay Shewakramani is all set to make his digital debut by producing a web show with Om Raut. Jay aka Jayu took to his Twitter handle to announce it without revealing much about the web show. He announced the news by sharing a picture of a person whose hands are tied up.

Jay tweeted, “We binge read it..get set to binge watch it..superbly written by @justpulkit..happy to collaborate with @omraut@NLFilmsIndia@retrophiles1″(sic).

We spoke to Jay about his upcoming series, to which he said, “Om Raut will be the prime showrunner. We are all glad and excited that we used this lockdown time constructively to put together a solid script. “

“This is my debut on digital and it’s fully original conceived and written by Pulkit”, said the producer. Jay said that it is an action genre and shooting is not yet planned now.

We are eagerly waiting for the web show as it seems to be very intriguing.

Talking about Om Raut, his recent movie was ‘Tanhaji’, that starred Ajay Devgn, Saif Ali Khan, and Kajol.
