Kareena Kapoor Khan, Tabu and Kriti Sanon starrer The Crew has been making headlines ever since it was announced. Fans are beyond excited to watch an all-female cast leading the upcoming project. And now Kareena, Tabu and Kriti’s fans can rejoice as The Crew release date is finally out.

The Crew gets a release date

The Crew is slated to release in theatres on 22^nd March, 2024. It marks the collaboration between Ektaa R Kapoor and Rhea Kapoor, following their successful film, Veere Di Wedding. It is one of the most ambitious projects of Ektaa and Rheaa. For the uninitiated, The Crew was shot in Mumbai and Abu Dubai.

Apart from Kareena, Tabu and Kriti, the upcoming film also stars Diljit Dosanjh and Kapil Sharma. Rajesh Krishnan will be directing it. The Crew is said to be a major release for Balaji Telefilms and Anil Kapoor Films Communication Network.

Kareena opens up about The Crew

Earlier, Kareena had shared her excitement for The Crew. In an interview with Hindustan Times, Kareena had said, “All of us are females working on the film, including our producers (Rhea Kapoor and Ektaa Kapoor) That’s the cool thing about these two, they have always been cool enough to break the mould and just do something different. I am really looking forward to it. It’s a big screen film, and I am pretty sure the audience will love it.”

Kareena has been busy shooting for The Crew. Last month, Kareena treated fans with photos from the sets of the film. Post that, she announced schedule wrap with a happy photo with her ‘best team’.

Well, it will be a treat to watch Kareena with Tabu and Kriti on the big screen together.
