Kartik Aaryan Purchases Office Space In Mumbai Worth THIS Whopping Price After Land In Alibaug- Report

Actor Kartik Aaryan, along with his parents, has further diversified his real estate investments with a significant purchase in Mumbai. Just 20 days after acquiring a 2,000 sq. ft. plot in Alibaug for Rs 2 crore, he has now purchased a commercial office space in Andheri West valued at Rs 13 crore.

Kartik Aaryan Purchases Office Space Worth Rs 13 Cr

According to property registration records reviewed by online real estate platform Square Yards via the Inspector General of Registration (IGR) website, the transaction was finalised in September 2025. The office is situated in the prominent ‘Signature by Lotus’ building, a well-known commercial property in Andheri West. The property covers approximately 1,905 sq. ft. of carpet area, with a total built-up area of around 2,095 sq. ft., and includes three parking spots. For this deal, Aaryan paid Rs 78 lakh in stamp duty and Rs 30,000 in registration charges.

The actor has emerged as one of Bollywood’s most bankable stars in the post-pandemic era, with blockbuster hits such as Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 and Satyaprem Ki Katha, which grossed Rs 265 crore and Rs 119 crore in lifetime collections, respectively.
