After calling it an ‘error’ the first time, Kartik Aaryan to finally team up with Shraddha Kapoor?

Kartik Aaryan and Shraddha Kapoor are two of the most talented actors in Bollywood. Earlier, there were reports of Kartik and Shraddha collaborating for Karan Sharma’s Bhul Chuk Maaf. However, at that time, Kartik had reacted to the news on Twitter saying, “Must be an error… Not true.” Now, according to the latest reports, Kartik Aaryan and Shraddha Kapoor might finally be teaming up for a project.

Shraddha Kapoor to star in Chandu Champion?

A few days ago, Kartik announced his new film with Kabir Khan titled Chandu Champion. Chandu Champion marks Kartik and Kabir’s first project together. Kartik will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in the upcoming film. If reports are to believed, the makers are planning to finalise Shraddha Kapoor for the female lead. Reportedly, Shraddha has loved the script.

Bollywood Hungama recently quoted a source saying, “Sajid Nadiadwala and Kabir Khan are scouting for a leading lady, and they are keen on Shraddha Kapoor playing the role. The actresses is excited about the project too. As of now, she is the lead in the race. Currently, Sajid and Shraddha are in talks and working out the modalities.”

If Shraddha comes on board, this is the first time we will see Kartik and her starring opposite each other in the same project. Earlier, Kartik made a cameo appearance in Shraddha starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar which released earlier this year. Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar also starred Ranbir Kapoor.

On the other hand, Shraddha also has Stree 2 with RajKummar Rao in the pipeline. Last month, RajKummar shared a photo with co-star Shraddha from the sets of the upcoming film.

Talking about Kartik, he recently delivered a terrific performance as SatyaPrem in SatyaPrem Ki Katha. The actor reunited with Kiara Advani after Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. SatyaPrem Ki Katha is directed by Sameer Vidwans.

Kartik is one of the most bankable stars right now. Apart from Chandu Champion, he has interesting projects in the pipeline. The actor will be seen in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 3 and Aashiqui 3.
