Kriti Sanon tests positive for Covid-19; says, “Be safe, the pandemic hasn’t gone yet”

The Coronavirus pandemic is still disrupting everyone’s lives. Actress Kriti Sanon too has tested positive for the deadly virus. She took to her Instagram handle to share the news with her fans and followers.

The ‘Luka Chuppi’ actress also assured her fans that she is feeling fine and has quarantined herself as per BMC guidelines.

Revealing about her Covid-19 diagnosis, Kriti Sanon took to her Instagram handle and shared a post. The actress wrote, “I’d like to inform everyone that I have tested positive for COVID-19. There’s absolutely nothing to worry as I am feeling fine and have quarantined myself as per BMC and my doctor’s advice.”

Kriti further urged everyone to be safe as she added, “So, I am gonna ride this tide, rest it out and resume work soon. Till then, I am reading all the warm wishes and they seem to be working. Be safe guys, the pandemic hasn’t gone yet.”

As soon as Kriti shared the news, her fans and friends sent her speedy recovery messages. “Take care of yourself sweetie & get well soon ❤️❤️,” wrote Preity Zinta. Tiger Shroff, Ekta Kapoor, Neena Gupta, Sophie Choudary sent their good wishes to the actress.

Kriti has just returned from Chandigarh where she was shooting for her upcoming film. Recently, Varun Dhawan also revealed that he has contracted Covid-19 virus. Even he was shooting on Chandigarh for his film ‘Jug Jugg Jeeyo’.

We wish the actress a speedy recovery.
