Malaika Arora Father funeral: Arbaaz Khan, Kareena Kapoor, Karisma Kapoor, Arjun Kapoor & others arrive to pay their last respects

Actor Malaika Arora and her family are mourning the demise of the actress’ father Anil Mehta. Anil passed away yesterday, September 11 and today, his last rites are being held in the city. Several Bollywood celebrities, including Malika Arora’s ex-husband Arbaaz Khan, her ex-boyfriend, Arjun Kapoor and her besties – Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor were snapped by the paparazzi as they arrived at the venue where her father’s funeral is being held.

Aside from the above-mentioned actors, Arshad Warsi, Geeta Kapoor, Terence Lewis, Sohail Khan, Alvira Agnihotri, Farah Khan, and Sajid Khan were also snapped arriving at the the crematorium. All celebs spotted at the Malaika Arora’s father’s funeral were dressed in blue, white and black ensembles.

Last night, Malaika Arora took to social media and shared a heartfelt note about her father’s demise. Her note read, “We are deeply saddened to announce the passing of our dear father, Anil Mehta. He was a gentle soul, a devoted grandfather, a loving husband, and our best friend. Out family is in deep shock by this loss and we kindly request privacy from the media and well-wishers during this difficult time. We appreciate your understanding, support and respect. With gratitude, Joyce, Malaika Amrita, Shakeel, Arhaan Khan.”

May his soul rest in peace.
