Meet Ayushmann Khurana’s new leading lady in ‘Dum Lagake Haisha’

Yash Raj Films has released the first look of upcoming flick, ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’ that has actor singer Ayushmann Khurana in the lead role. But the real surprise packet is the leading lady well she is a former employee of Yash Raj Films Bhumi Pednekar who is making her debut in the movie opposite the Vicky Donor star.

 

According to sources, Bhumi who earlier worked as  a casting director for Yash Raj Films, was discovered by Shanoo Sharma yes the one who had also discovered Ranveer Singh and Arjun Kapoor. Shanoo suggested Bhumi’s name to the director of the movie Maneesh Sharma.

The two of them Bhumi and Ayushmann will play a middle-class married couple in ‘Dum Laga Ke Haisha’.

Directed by Sharat Katariya and produced by director Maneesh Sarma, the film is slated to hit theatres later this year.

We say that quite a lucky gal to be launched under such a prestigious banner.
