Following Parul’s statement, Gori took to Instagram Stories to express her disappointment, stating, “This is why women don’t speak up — because people judge what they don’t understand. They shame women for coming forward. This teaches me how much we, as a community worldwide, need to stand up for each other.”

What Did Parul Say In Her Video?

Parul recounted meeting Karan Aujla at an event and briefly interacting with him on Instagram. She revealed that while they initially followed each other, Karan eventually unfollowed her and removed her from his followers list. “This man, to keep his wife happy and make her feel secure, will do anything,” Parul said, defending his actions.

She also questioned Gori’s claims, suggesting that Gori was aware of Karan’s marital status. “You didn’t know he was married? Don’t you have Google? I think her post is completely BS. She clearly knew that mentioning his name and talking about him would boost her views,” Parul added.

Palak Aujla, Karan’s wife, responded briefly to Parul’s video with a comment saying, “Sorry haha,” though neither Karan nor Palak has officially addressed the allegations. Their recent Instagram Stories, however, show the couple on vacation together, with Palak sharing photos alongside Karan and celebrating his 29th birthday on January 18.

The controversy erupted in early January 2026 when Ms Gori, a Canada-based singer and rapper, publicly claimed on social media that she had been involved in a secret romantic relationship with Karan Aujla while he was married to Palak. Gori stated she was unaware of Karan’s marital status when their relationship began and accused Aujla’s team and influencers of trying to silence or discredit her after she spoke out.

In her viral Instagram Reels and posts, Gori claimed that authorities in Canada and the US were investigating her case and that she had faced public shaming and false allegations aimed at suppressing her voice.
