Here’s what Nana Patekar’s lawyer has to say on the controversy

Tanushree Dutta‘s allegations on Nana Patekar has given rise to a controversy. In fact, since a couple of days, the actress has become the centre of attention because of her revelations. Tanushree has been disclosing secrets one after another. Nana opened up on the topic in a phone conversation with Mirror Now. On being asked about Tanushree’s allegations against him, the actor said that he cannot do anything about it. Also, he said that he might take legal action. Now, the actor’s lawyer Rajendra Shirodkar said today that a legal notice is being sent to Tanushree Dutta demanding an apology from the actress.

Shirodkar told ANI, “In process of sending legal notice to Tanushree Dutta as she has made false allegations and has spoken untruth. We will send the notice later today which will basically a notice seeking apology for her statements making allegations.”

In an interview with Zoom TV, Tanushree revealed the name of Nana Patekar along with others who were present on the sets. She said, “I want to take names – actor Nana Patekar, producer Sami Siddiqui, director Rakesh Sarang and choreographer Ganesh Acharya. When Nana Patekar misbehaved with me, he voiced out that he would do an intimate step with me as well in the song, which wasn’t mentioned in my contract. It was supposed to be a solo sequence of mine.”

Tanushree has also taken the name of director Vivek Agnihotri asking her to strip while shooting for the movie  ‘Chocolate’. She also mentioned the names of her co-stars Irrfan Khan and Suniel Shetty for standing up for her during the incident.
