Ranveer Singh

Actor Ranveer Singh was spotted outside the Adidas stores in the afternoon. While it was categorically stated in the invites that he won’t be taking any interview, he did break his silence on the threats and controversies surrounding his movie ‘Padmavati’. The actor stepped out of his car and soon a huge mob gathered around him in spite of the police protection. In no time, the actor jumped onto the roof of his car and the brought the traffic to a halt, on the streets of Khar.

As soon as he started waving to his fans, the media gathered around his car and started asking him questions pertaining to ‘Padmavati’. And finally, the actor broke his silence as he said, “As I have said earlier too, I’m 200% with the film and my director, Mr. Bhansali. Given that, it is a very sensitive time right now, I have been specifically asked to not say anything. Whatever official communication with regards to the film needs to be made, you will receive from the producers. Thank you very much for coming out today.” (Also Read: Deepika Padukone backs out of Modi’s event post ‘Padmavati’ row?)
