She explained, “Smriti and Palash are going through a tough time,” highlighting how overwhelming the health emergency was for everyone.

She also shared a heartfelt note about her son’s hopes, “Palash was excited to come home with his bride. I had even planned a special welcome. Everything will be fine—wedding will happen very soon.”

Despite all the rumours and speculation, neither Palash nor Smriti have issued an official statement regarding the situation.
