Producer Ritesh Sidhwani’s mother passes away; Farhan Akhtar, Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan arrive to pay last respect

Co-producer of Excel Entertainment Ritesh Sidhwani’s mother Mrs Leelu Sidhwani passed away on May 17, 2024. The reason behind her death has not been revealed yet but the funeral will take place at the Santacruz Hindu Crematorium at 4:30 pm. Farhan Akhtar who is also the co-producer of the production house arrived at his residence to offer condolence.

Several Bollywood stars like Kareena Kapoor, Saif Ali Khan, Kunal Kemmu, Soha Ali Khan, Zoya Akhtar, Kriti Kharbandal, Pulkit Samrat, Ali Fazal and others were seen arriving at his residence to pay last respect. Neha Dhupia, Angad Bedi and more were also seen arriving to pay last respects.

On May 17, Ritesh Sidhwani’s mother Leelu Sidhwani was admitted to Hinduja Hospital in Mumbai’s Khar. Last night, Bollywood stars, including Chunky Pandey, Javed Akhtar, Malaika Arora and Amrita Arora were spotted outside. Farhan Akhtar and his wife, actor Shibhani Dandekar, Zoya Akhtar and Rakesh Omprakash Mehra, were also seen outside the hospital.
