About Raj Kundra P*rnography Case

Raj was arrested by the Mumbai Crime Branch on July 19, 2021, in connection with an alleged p*rnography racket case. Police claimed he was a “key conspirator” in producing and distributing adult content through paid mobile apps. Investigators said that the videos were shot in India and uploaded through foreign-linked platforms to avoid local rules. The case included charges under the Indian Penal Code, the Information Technology Act, and the Indecent Representation of Women (Prohibition) Act. Police also alleged that several people were involved in shooting, managing, and earning money from the content.

The businessman has always denied the allegations and said the content was erotic, not p*rnographic. He was sent to judicial custody and later got bail in September 2021 after spending nearly two months in jail. Court proceedings and investigations continued, and he is now seeking relief from the long-running legal matter. The court is yet to give its verdict in the case.
