Ranbir Kapoor recently delivered a terrific performance in Luv Ranjan’s Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar. Ranbir starred alongside Shraddha Kapoor in the same. In Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar, Ranbir’s fans saw him in a ripped avatar. The actor made fans go crazy as he flaunted his six pack abs in TJMM. Now, Ranbir’s fitness trainer Shivoham has revealed how the actor achieved that swoon-worthy look.

Ranbir Kapoor flaunts chiselled abs

Ranbir’s trainer took to his Instagram and shared two photos of the actor in which he can be seen posing shirtless. The actor is too hot to handle and there’s no denying that! Ranbir’s fitness trainer spilled the beans on his secrets and praised him for showing discipline.

Shivoham shared the pics on Instagram and wrote, “What you see is truly an example of a disciplined lifestyle and a lot of hardwork. It’s a team effort and results like this cannot be achieved by half hearted involvement. The nutrition, the supplements, the training but more than anything the WILL to wake up and do what is necessary is the number one reason why you achieve your goals and this is what sets you apart from the rest. 4am training sessions, 11.30 pm training sessions or even sometimes finding the time in between shoots, Ranbid has done it all.”

The fitness trainer added, “Balancing his personal life along with his professional life. All these things cannot be learned from reading books, these are values that are imbibed in you and conditioning that you pick up from your parents and the company you keep. So proud of you brother. Cannot wait to show the world “THE ANIMAL” look next.”

On the other hand, Ranbir Kapoor and Shraddha Kapoor starrer Tu Jhoothi Main Makkaar was released on 8th March, 2023. The Luv Ranjan directorial did a business of Rs 15.73 crores on its first day.
