Randeep Hooda talks about a case and tags UP Police

There are very few celebs who voice their opinion openly and share their thoughts over the increased rate of crime and something which is going against the law. Actor Randeep Hooda is one of them. He recently raised his voice against a crime that happened in UP on social media. He has tweeted about a crime wherein a teacher’s family house in Aihar village of Raebareli district of Uttar Pradesh was attacked by local goons. The victim’s family includes actor Saharsh Kumar Shukla, who has been a part of many Hindi films like ‘Raees’, ‘Ugly’ and ‘Highway’, the later one which had Randeep Hooda working with him.

Randeep took to his Twitter handle to write about the issue, “This attack happened on #teachers family of my #Highway costar #SaharshShukla-these criminals have been troubling the villagers for a long time now but inspite of cases of murder, rape&robbery they roam free helped by local police Thana #Lalganj #RaeBareily #nolaw&order @Uppolice.” Along with this post, Randeep has shared newspaper articles related to this case. (Also Check: Randeep Hooda takes up the mission of cleaning up the Versova beach. After complaining about this, the actor received a prompt reply from the UP Police. They have replied to Randeep on Twitter writing, “We will get the matter enquired and ensure action against the accused. Thanks for flagging it out to us. @raebarelipolice Please  ensure requisite legal action & send us a factual report about the case.” Further, Raebareli Police replied to this writing, “Instructed CO Lalganj for necessary action.”
