Ranveer Singh Deepika Padukone buys quadruplex in Bandra; to be Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s neighbours

Ranveer Singh is one of the most successful actors today. The actor who is busy with his multiple projects was recently seen on Koffee With Karan season 7. He had accompanied Alia Bhatt and left viewers in awe of his dashing looks and effervescence. Here is the latest update on the Gully Boy star. Reportedly, He and his gorgeous wife Deepika Padukone have invested in a lucrative property in Bandra. The power couple is all set to be Salman Khan and Shah Rukh Khan’s neighbours.

Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone have purchased a sea-view apartment, a quadruplex in a residential tower Sagar Resham in Bandra. The actor shelled out a whopping Rs. 119 cr for the place. The tower is located between Salman Khan’s Galaxy Apartment and Shah Rukh Khan’s Mannat.

As reported by sources to Bollywood Hungama, The total carpet area of the apartment is of 11,266 sq ft, and is spread across the 16th, 17th, 18th and 19th floors of the tower. It not only has an exclusive terrace area of 1,300 sq ft, but also an unbroken view of the Arabian Sea.

The actor bought the house through the firm Oh Five-Oh Media Works LLP. The firm has Singh and his father Jugjeet Sunder Singh Bhavnani as directors. The stamp duty paid to the revenue department was worth Rs 7.13 crore. Ranveer Singh has also been allotted 19 parking lots through this deal.

On the work front, Ranveer Singh is gearing for the release of Rohit Shetty’s Cirkus and Karan Johar’s Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani. The movie also features Alia Bhatt as the female lead.
