Remembering Sushant Singh Rajput: Ankita Lokhande keeps a havan for the late actor’s first death anniversary

Sushant Singh Rajput, an actor par excellence is no more with us. It’s been exactly a year today since the Hindi film industry lost the actor. As the country mourns the death of this young talent, Ankita Lokhande, who worked with Sushant in Pavitra Rishta, kept a havan at her home to commemorate his first death anniversary. Ankia shared the video on social media where she is seen participating in the havan along with her family members. For those unaware, apart from working together, Ankita and Sushant dated for many years before they parted ways.

Meanwhile, a few days back Ankita had announced a break from social media. Fans were quick to wonder if she had announced it in the view of Sushant Singh Rajput’s first death anniversary. It is to be noted that Ankita had become a source of many trolls and harassment on social media post the untimely demise of Sushant last year. Announcing her sabbatical from social media, Ankita had written, “It’s not a goodbye, it’s a see you later.”

But to everyone’s surprise, Ankita posted a few snaps with boyfriend Vicky Jain on June 13. They were seen taking a walk by the Marine Drive and sharing a romantic pose that will instantly warm your heart.

In other news, Ankita completed 12 years in the industry this June. She made her debut with Pavitra Rishta. The show will be returning with a 2.0 version for the web. Ankita had celebrated her 12 years of completion with cake and written that the show will be incomplete without Sushant as he and only he could truly be Archana’s Manav.
