On March 22, the entire nation observed ‘Janta Curfew‘. In the evening people came out in their balconies and clapped for the unsung heroes i.e health workers and police officials who are working from the front despite the Coronavirus outbreak. However, there were some who couldn’t understand the basic idea behind ‘Janta Curfew’ as they took to the streets to celebrate.

Bollywood celebs such as Richa Chadha, Vir Das, Gauahar Khan and Jay Bhanushali took to their social media handles to point out this plain stupidity of the people.

‘Janta Curfew’ was supposed to be a voluntary lockdown as suggested by Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, there were certain section of the masses who couldn’t understand the basic concept behind this lockdown and they defeated the very purpose of it by coming out on the streets and celebrating as if it was a festival. Seriously ‘Stupidity’ is the biggest threat to our nation.
