Shanaya Kapoor to romance Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani in her debut film?

Sanjay Kapoor and Maheep Kapoor’s daughter Shanaya Kapoor is all set to make her Bollywood debut under Karan Johar’s Dharma production banner. The young star kid is naturally excited about embarking on a new journey in her career but looks like Karan is planning to give her a dream debut.

If the latest reports are anything to go by, in her debut film, Shanaya will be sharing the screen space with not one but two hotties. Reportedly, Shanaya will be romancing Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani in her debut film.

A few days ago, Karan Johar had announced Shanaya as a talent of his Dharma Cornerstone Agency (DCA). Shanaya’s first film will go on the floor in July this year. And according to a report in Bollywood Hungama, the star kid will be starring alongside Gurfateh and Lakshya.

Revealing details about Shanaya’s debut project, a source told the entertainment portal, “Shanaya has been signed on officially by Karan’s talent management team Dharma Cornerstone Agency. She has also bagged her first film and it will also star other DCA talents Gurfateh Pirzada and Lakshya Lalwani. The rom-com is very much an urbane triangle love story and it goes on floors around mid-2021. Depending on the shoot, the team will plan its release.”

Interestingly, both Gurfateh and Lakshya are also managed by Karan’s Dharma Cornerstone Agency.

Before gearing up for her acting debut, Shanaya worked as one of the assistant directors in Janhvi Kapoor’s Gunjan Saxena: The Kargil Girl.
