Shanaya Kapoor to make her pan-India debut with Mohanlal in Vrushabha

The debut of Shanaya Kapoor is one of the most awaited one in the Hindi film industry. The youngster has been signed by Karan Johar’s Dharma Productions. While her Hindi film debut was announced last year, she has made a long stride already even before that film goes on floors. The actress is all set to make her pan-India debut.

Shanaya Kapoor to make pan-India debut with Mohanlal

Shanaya will be making her pan-India debut alongside South superstar Mohanlal in the actioner Vrushabha. The debutante plays the central role in the film and is quite excited about this new step in her career. Before this, Karan had announced Shanaya’s debut in Shashank Khaitan’s Bedhadak. But even before that film goes on floors, Shanaya has bagged her pan-India debut.

On July 3, Ektaa R Kapoor had made the announcement that she and father Jeetendra are joining hands with Mohanlal for Vrushabha. It is a Pan India bilingual Telugu-Malayalam film starring Mohanlal. The film is described to be high on emotions and VFX, and as an ‘epic action entertainer transcending generations’. It is touted to be one of the biggest films of 2024. Vrushabha goes on floors later this month. It will be released simultaneously in Malayalam, Telugu, Kannada, Tamil and Hindi.

Shanaya Kapoor movies

On March 3, 2022, Karan had announced Bedhadak and it would have marked Shanaya and Lakshay Lalwani’s debut alongside Gurfateh Pirzada. There were reports of the film being shelved but the makes had denied it. However, there has been no new developments on the film in a while.

Shanaya now has Vrushabha in her kitty while Lakshay will star in Aryan Khan’s debut directorial series Stardom. As for Gurfateh, he is working on several projects and earlier this year, starred in the series Class. Whereas Shashank is co-producing Sidharth Malhotra starrer Yodha. He had announced another directorial last year, Tiger Shroff starrer Screw Dheela, but there hasn’t been any update on it in recent while.
