Shehnaaz Gill and Nawazuddin Siddiqui have come together for the music video Yaar Ka Sataya Hua Hai. The song is a heart-wrenching journey of about two people in love that parted ways. Shehnaaz Gill took to her Instagram to share a fun BTS moment from the sets of the music video.

The actress who is known for her fun personality, shared her fun moments on the sets of the shoot of Yaar Ka Sataya Hua Hai with co-star Nawazuddin Siddiqui. In the video, Shehnaaz can be seen performing the hook step with Nawazuddin. At the end of the video is dancing her heart out while the rest of the crew cheers for her. The actress has donned a beautiful long magenta-coloured Anarkali. On the other hand, the actor is spotted wearing a vest sweater with a shirt inside paired with trousers.

About the song Yaar Ka Sataya Hua Hai

The video shows how a simple misunderstanding between Shehnaaz and Nawazuddin Siddiqui tears them apart. He ends up receiving the bad news that his liver is giving up due to his drinking habits. The other bad news is that his lady love Shehnaaz is marrying someone else. He encounters her in her wedding baarat and declares that he wouldn’t take her away because her to-be husband is a good man. Yaar Ka Sataya Hua hai is an emotionally poignant song delving into the intricate layers of love and the agony experienced when it is absent.

Presented by Desi Meodies, the song Yaar Ka Sataya Hua hai is the second single from BPraak’s music album Zohrajabeen. This also marks the second time the singer and actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui collaborated after the song Baarish Ki Jaaye which was released in 2021. The lyrics are written by Jaani and the video is directed by Arvinda Khaira.

This is the first time that Shehnaaz and Nawazuddin are sharing the screen space. Previously, the actress interviewed the actor for her YouTube chat show desi vibes to promote his film Jogira Sara Ra Ra.

The actress announced 100% in August last year. Apart from this, she is also a part of Rhea Kapoor’s upcoming project.
