Sonam Kapoor joins protests against Mumbai Rape

The gangrape of the photo journalist in Mumbai has sent shock waves throughout the city as Mumbai is considered as one of the safest place for girls. This incident has triggered a massive outrage with protesters demanding harsh punishment to be given out to the culprits.

According to sources, Bollywood actress Sonam Kapoor too is angered by the incident and joined the protesters on August,25 at Joggers Park, Mumbai. Sonam tweeted: “Lets fight back! Be there at joggers park, Bandra today at 5pm to protest against the brutality towards women. Ill be there to support it!” Sonam Kapoor during the protest rally demanded justice for the photo journalist.

We all should come together and demand justice for the girl and also work towards making Mumbai again a safe place for girls.
