Sushant Singh Rajput Death Case: CBI takes the late actor’s cook into custody for interrogation

A team of the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) arrived in Mumbai last night to probe the death case of Sushant Singh Rajput. The latest update on the case state that CBI has taken Sushant’s cook Neeraj Singh into custody for interrogation.

CBI took the late actor’s cook into custody for questioning in connection to his death case. Reportedly, CBI will next interrogate Rhea Chakraborty’s brother Showik Chakraborty.

Neeraj was earlier also interrogated by ED in connection with the money laundering case that arose after Sushant’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against Rhea Chakraborty and others for abetment suicide. Sushant’s father even accused Rhea of stealing, cheating and manipulating Sushant. While Rhea has refuted all these allegations, in her defence she has alleged that Sushant didn’t share a great bond with his family and that his sister Priyanka Singh had molested her.

Two months after Sushant’s death, the Supreme Court finally ordered CBI inquiry into his death. Earlier both Mumbai and Bihar police were investigating his death case from various angles.
