Sushant Singh Rajput’s LAST CALL was to his ‘Pavitra Rishta’ co-star Mahesh Shetty – Deets inside

Bollywood lost another precious actor yesterday as Sushant Singh Rajput passed away. The ‘Chhichhore’ actor committed suicide as he was found hanging to death at his Bandra residence. The actor started out his journey from television as he starred in the show ‘Pavitra Rishta’. In the show, Sushant starred alongside Mahesh Shetty who happen to become a really close friend of the actor. Apparently, Sushant also made the last call to Mahesh before he committed suicide.

Sushant was very close to actor Mahesh Shetty and considered him as a brother. Apart from ‘Pavitra Rishta’, the two had worked together in Sushant’s first show ‘Kis Desh Mein Hoga Mera Dil’. According to a report by India TV, Sushant had called his sister at 9:30am on Sunday, after which he called Mahesh.

Sushant had called Mahesh at 1:51 am that he missed. So when Mahesh woke up on Sunday he called Sushant back at 8:30 am after seeing his missed call. But, Sushant was probably sleeping as he did not take the call. Sushant’s call data records had revealed that the actor had woken up and dialled Mahesh at 9.30 am. But, the call didn’t go through and next thing Mahesh heard the news of the actor committing suicide.

Sushant Singh Rajput’s funeral happened today at the Vile Parle crematorium at 4 pm. The funeral was attended by his family and Bollywood personalities like Shraddha Kapoor, Varun Sharma.
