Taapsee Pannu Purchases Luxury Apartment Worth THIS Whopping Ammount In Goregaon Mumbai

Taapsee Pannu and her sister Shagun recently purchased a stylish new apartment in Goregaon West for Rs 4.33 crore. The 1,390 sq. ft. residence features two dedicated parking spots. With this acquisition, Taapsee has become the proud owner of a chic new home in Mumbai’s upscale Imperial Heights.

The deal was finalized and officially registered in May 2025. The sisters paid Rs 21.65 lakh in stamp duty and an additional Rs 30,000 in registration fees. According to the IGR property registration documents reviewed by Square Yards, the property is situated within a ready-to-move-in residential project called Imperial Heights.

The current average price per square foot in the project is around Rs 32,170. Located strategically between prominent commercial hubs like Andheri and Malad, Goregaon West boasts excellent connectivity via the Western Express Highway, Link Road, SV Road, and the suburban railway. The area has rapidly developed into a vibrant mix of offices, IT parks, co-working spaces, retail outlets, and malls. Data from Square Yards indicates that Imperial Heights saw 47 property transactions between April 2024 and March 2025, totaling approximately Rs 168 crore in registered deals.

Taapsee’s Projects

On the professional front, Taapsee was last seen in the film Khel Khel Mein. She is now preparing for upcoming projects, including Gandhari and Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan? Gandhari is an action-thriller centered on a mother’s fierce battle to rescue her abducted child. It promises another powerful performance from the actress. There is also an ongoing buzz all over the internet specualting that the actress’ Haseen Dillruba franchise might have a third installment.

However, Taapsee Pannu and the sellers are yet to comment upon the purchase.
