As per a report in Deccan Chronicle, Hrithik along with the directors of the fitness chain were booked under IPC section 406 and 420. However, the latest report by PTI states that Telangana High Court has directed the police not to take any coercive steps against the actor as well as the directors.

Talking about the complaint filed, KPHB inspector K. Laxmi Narayana had earlier told a daily, “Shashikanth has complained that he was not given proper training as promised by the company in its advertisements and he has alleged cheating by the directors of the company and also its ambassador, actor Hrithik Roshan. A case has been registered under sections 406 and 420 of IPC against the actor and three directors Mukesh Bansal, Ankit Nagori and Shanmugavel Mani Subbaiah. The investigation is underway.”

However, the fitness chain claimed that the complainant had misbehaved with their staff and also unnecessarily dragged Hrithik in this case. They also claimed that following the violent behaviour of the complainant with its staff, they had refunded his pro-rata membership fee and terminated his membership.
