Aamir Khan is all set to marry his girlfriend Gauri Spratt on July 5 in Mumbai. The wedding will be an intimate affair held at his Bandra home, with only family and close friends in attendance. Aamir confirmed the news himself during a screening of Rajkumar Hirani’s series ‘Pritam and Pedro’.

Aamir told the media, “Haan, meri shadi ho rahi hai 5th July ko. Bohot chhoti shadi hai, ghar pe hi kar rahe hai. It’s a special day for us. Bas dono families hai, khaas dost hai. Sabki duaayein chahenge. Bas hum khush rahe aur yeh accha safar rahe.”

Vicky Kaushal, who was also present at the screening, was asked about Aamir’s wedding. He responded, “Has he confirmed?” after the paparazzi informed him about Aamir’s announcement. Vicky then added, “I just wish them all the best and so happy for them.”

Wedding Deets On July 5th

SCREEN reported that the actor and Gauri will register their wedding at the actor’s Bandra home in Mumbai. They’ll mark the occasion with a small wedding ceremony in the first half of the day. Only family members and close friends of the couple are expected to attend the intimate affair.

What will make the occasion extra special and emotional is the fact that all their four children from their respective previous marriages will be actively involved in the wedding. These include actor Junaid Khan and entrepreneur Ira Khan from Aamir’s first wedding with Reena Dutta, son Azad from his second wedding with filmmaker Kiran Rao, and Gauri’s son from her previous wedding.

Aamir-Gauri’s Love Story, Wedding

The couple is expected to have a small wedding ceremony on the first half of July 5, with immediate family and close friends. They will register their marriage at Aamir’s residence in Bandra, and there will be no reception. Aamir and Gauri’s children will also be attending the wedding.

The couple first met in Bengaluru through Aamir’s cousin, Nuzhat Khan. After dating for nearly a year, Aamir introduced Gauri as his partner ahead of his 60th birthday celebrations in March last year. Since then, they have been living together at his Bandra home. Gauri, who has experience working at a top hair brand in Bengaluru. She is now assisting Aamir with his production house in Mumbai.
