Vivek Oberoi reveals Sidharth Malhotra fasted on the sets of Indian Police Force before his wedding with Kiara Advani to earn ‘brownie points’

Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty are gearing up for the release of Indian Police Force. Currently, the cast of Indian Police Force along with Rohit Shetty are busy promoting the upcoming spectacle. During a recent conversation, Vivek Oberoi opened up about Sidharth’s dedication towards IPF and revealed that the actor fasted on the sets.

In a conversation with Bollywood Hungama, Vivek Oberoi told Sidharth Malhotra, “You rocked that uniform, man. There were days when he didn’t eat. I thought he was fasting for Karwachauth, but actually, he was fasting for the uniform.” Sidharth responded, “I was not married at that time.” Vivek joked saying, “In advance, maybe earning brownie points.”

Additionally, Shilpa Shetty revealed how she was unaware of Sidharth’s marriage with Kiara Advani. She recalled how Sidharth was shooting with them before his big day. The actress said, “He was shooting with us two days before his marriage and I asked Rohit, ‘I heard he is getting married.’ Rohit said, ‘He did not tell us.’” Sidharth revealed, “Actually, the only person who knew on that set was him.”

Sidharth Malhotra and Kiara Advani tied the know in Suryagarh Palace in Rajasthan last year. It was an intimate wedding ceremony and was held in the presence of their close friends and family.

Meanwhile, on the workfront, Sidharth Malhotra, Vivek Oberoi and Shilpa Shetty starrer Indian Police Force will stream on Amazon Prime from 19th January.
