The movie that is all set to release on January 22nd is all about Indian Governments largest evacuation of civilians from a war torn zone. Akshay Kumar is depicting the role of Ranjit Katyal a businessman in Kuwait. How his dreams are destroyed in the Gulf War and his role in helping lakhs of Indians return safely home is all that Airlift is about.
