Housefull 5 Box Office Day 14: Sajid Nadiadwala, Akshay Kumar’s Comic Caper Amasses Rs 177 Cr As Week 2 Ends

Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 5 has been entertaining the nation and how! Released globally on June 6, the film has already amassed over Rs 250 Cr at the worldwide box office despite mixed reviews and social media slamming. As per the latest update, Sajid Nadiawala’s ensemble comedy, led by Akshay Kumar, has earned Rs 3 Cr on Day 14 taking it 2-week total to an impressive Rs 177.09 Cr.

Through a smart blend of box office performance and non-theatrical revenues, Housefull 5 has earned profits on its huge budget. As per reports, the Sajid Nadiawala film has already recovered a substantial Rs 175 crore pre-release through strategic deals: Rs 90 crore from its OTT rights, Rs 55 crore from satellite rights and Rs 30 crore from music rights.

Housefull 5 is one of the most glam-packed killer comedy to be made in Bollywood. Leading the charge is Akshay Kumar, alongside Riteish Deshmukh and Abhishek Bachchan. The film also stars Jacqueline Fernandez, Sonam Bajwa, Nargis Fakhri, Chitrangada Singh as well as Sanjay Dutt, Jackie Shroff and Nana Patekar. Fardeen Khan, Chunky Panday, Johnny Lever, Shreyas Talpade, Dino Morea, Ranjeet, Soundarya Sharma, Nikitin Dheer, and Akashdeep Sabir too play pivotal parts in the comedy. Produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment, Housefull 5 released in cinemas worldwide on June 6, 2025.
